Quick answer

Delaware Electric Cooperative members can't join the Delmarva Power community solar program. The Co-op sells its own Co-op Community Solar option, a separate product with its own terms. Customers of city utilities can't join either, even if a project is in their town.

What if a solar farm is in my town but I'm not on Delmarva?

Location doesn't decide. Only customers with a Delmarva Power account in Delaware can subscribe, wherever the project sits. A project near your home doesn't make you eligible if the Co-op or a city utility sends your bill.
