Who is responsible for my details?
Media Masters Group LLC runs this website and decides how your details are used. Contact us at hello@freesolarde.com, (609) 474-4242, or by mail at 18670 Coastal Highway #1107, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
What do you collect?
What you type into the form:
- Your first name and phone number.
- Your email address, if you give one. It's optional.
- Your answer to "Who sends your electric bill?" (Delmarva Power or not sure).
A bill photo, if you choose to add one after you send the form. It's optional. A bill can show your account number, service address and usage.
Details sent with the form automatically:
- A scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address (a salted hash). We don't store the address itself. We use the code to spot spam and repeat submissions.
- Your browser type (the "user agent").
- The page you sent the form from, the page you first landed on, the site that sent you, and the last guide you read.
- Campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM tags), ad click codes (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid or msclkid) and any partner referral code.
- If analytics is turned on, the analytics visitor and session codes, so we can match a form to a visit.
- The exact consent wording you saw above the button, its version, and the date and time you sent the form.
Notes from our calls: whether we reached you, whether you're eligible, and short notes about the call.
What is stored in my browser?
When you first arrive, the site saves how you found us (the tags and codes above, the landing page and the referring site) in your browser's local storage for 90 days. It also remembers the last guide you read. This stays on your device until it is sent with the form. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
How do you use my details?
- To call you back about community solar, as you asked.
- To check whether you're a Delmarva Power customer who can join.
- To send you a short confirmation email, if you gave an email address.
- To learn which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries.
- To prevent spam and keep a record of the consent you gave.
Who receives my details, and when does the provider get them?
We share your details only with the types of service providers below, and with the solar provider when you say yes.
| Who | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Website hosting and database (Cloudflare) | Everything listed above | To run the site and store inquiries and bill photos |
| Email delivery service | Your name, phone, email, utility answer, which form you used and how you found us | To alert us to your inquiry and send your confirmation email |
| Phone alert service | Inquiry number, first name, utility answer and which form you used | To tell us a new inquiry has arrived |
| Customer list (CRM) service, if we use one | Your form details and how you found us, without the IP code or browser type | To track our follow-up calls |
| Website analytics, if turned on | Page views and form events, never your name, phone, email or bill | To count visits and inquiries |
| The solar provider | The details it needs to send you a contract | Only after our call, and only if you say yes |
The provider receives nothing when you send the form. On our call we ask, "Is it OK if I send your details to the provider so they can send you the contract?" If you say no, or you don't join, we don't pass your details to the provider. Once you sign with the provider, it handles your details under its own privacy policy.
We may also share details when the law requires it, for example with a regulator or in answer to a legal request.
How long do you keep my data?
- Inquiry records, including the consent wording you saw, are kept while we need them to answer questions about your inquiry and to show what you agreed to.
- Bill photos are kept in private storage with no public link. Only the people handling your inquiry can open one. We delete a bill photo when you ask, and once your inquiry no longer needs it.
- If you ask us to stop contacting you, we mark your record do-not-contact and keep a short note so we don't call or text you again.
How do you handle Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control?
This site doesn't track you across other websites and runs no advertising pixels, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale of your details and of targeted advertising. The site then doesn't save ad click IDs (such as gclid or fbclid) from your visit, and your inquiry is marked so it is handled that way.
If analytics is turned on, it runs with Google Signals and ad personalization switched off.
Calls, texts and opting out
When you send the form, you agree that Free Solar DE (Media Masters Group LLC) may call and text you at the number you gave about community solar, including with automated technology. Agreeing is not a condition of buying or joining anything. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or tell us any other way. We call and text only during Mon-Sat 9am-8pm, Eastern time.
How do I ask for access, correction or deletion?
Email hello@freesolarde.com or call (609) 474-4242. You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop all contact. We answer access and deletion requests sent to hello@freesolarde.com within 45 days. This is our own practice. We may need to confirm it's you before we act.
How do you protect my bill?
- Bills are stored in private storage with no public link.
- Bills are never sent to analytics tools or put in website addresses.
- The phone alert we receive never includes your phone number, email or bill.
Children
This site is for adults who hold a Delmarva Power account. We don't knowingly collect details from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and its effective date. This version is effective October 13, 2026.
