Who runs this site?
This website is run by Media Masters Group LLC. It explains Delaware community solar in general terms and lets Delmarva Power customers ask us to call them.
What does the inquiry form do?
Sending the form asks us to contact you. It doesn't enroll you, hold a place in a project or commit you to anything. Nothing is signed on our call.
Who is my contract with?
Your subscription contract is with the solar provider, not with us. We don't sign you up for anything. Your terms are set by the provider's agreement.
You have 3 days after you sign to cancel with no penalty. After that, your contract can't require more than 90 days' notice to cancel, and any early cancellation fee must be written in it. Moving out of Delmarva's Delaware service area ends it with no fee. Moving inside it, your subscription moves with you.

How should I use the guides?
The guides are general information, not legal or financial advice. We link our sources, but program rules change. Your contract, the Delaware PSC and Delmarva Power are the final word on your terms and your bill.
Savings examples on this site are labeled "Example only". Savings apply to the solar credit, not your whole bill. Your contract sets your exact price.
Who are we not?
We are not Delmarva Power, the Delaware Public Service Commission, DNREC or any government agency, and we are not endorsed by them. Links to their websites are for your reference.
Acceptable use
Please don't submit someone else's details without their permission, or use the site to send spam or harmful files.
